Inventor Architects completed the full interior design of Sweeti Residence — a spacious 2200 sft apartment located in Ashkona, Dakkhinkhan, Uttara, Dhaka. The project was centered around creating a luxurious yet livable home that combines modern elegance with everyday comfort.

Design Concept

The design follows a modern flat interior approach with a focus on comfort, functionality, and aesthetic simplicity. A neutral color palette of white, beige, and soft grey runs throughout the apartment — creating a calm, cohesive, and visually pleasing environment in every room.

Living Area

The living area was designed with a minimalist sensibility. A plush sofa, sleek TV unit, and carefully chosen decorative accents work together to create an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and refined. Ceiling lights combined with warm ambient lighting enhance the overall mood of the space.

Dining Space

The dining area maintains the open-plan concept — keeping the space connected to the living area while defining its own character. A compact modern dining table with elegant chairs balances function and style perfectly.

Space Planning & Materials

The 2200 sft layout was planned to maximize natural light and airflow across all rooms. Premium materials including textured wall finishes, engineered wood flooring, and high-quality ceiling treatments elevate the overall quality of the interiors.
