Inventor Architects completed the interior design of Mahmudul Ahmed’s 1850 sft apartment at Rakeen City, Mirpur, Dhaka. The project was designed with a modern minimalist approach — combining comfort, functionality, and elegant aesthetics to create a home that truly reflects the lifestyle of its owner.

Design Concept

The design follows a clean, all-white modern palette accented with soft textures and warm tones. The goal was to eliminate clutter and maximize the sense of space — making every room feel open, airy, and inviting. Clever window treatments allow natural light to flow freely throughout the apartment.

Space Planning

The 1850 sft floor plan was thoughtfully organized to balance private and social spaces. The living area, dining zone, bedrooms, and kitchen were each designed with dedicated purposes while maintaining a seamless visual flow from one room to the next.

Furniture & Materials

Multipurpose furniture was carefully selected to maximize utility without compromising aesthetics. Built-in shelving, modular storage units, and minimalist decor pieces add character to the space while keeping it clutter-free. Premium finishes on walls and floors tie the entire design together cohesively.
