The project was focused on creating a productive, professional environment that reflects the brand identity of a growing real estate development company.

Design Concept

The design embraces a contemporary corporate style with a fresh, vibrant touch. A carefully chosen color palette featuring soft greens, warm wood tones, and clean whites creates an atmosphere that feels both energetic and welcoming. The overall look balances professionalism with personality.

Space Planning

Despite the compact 1050 sft footprint, the space was planned to maximize efficiency. Dedicated zones for executive workstations, a client reception area, a meeting room, and a conference dining space were all integrated seamlessly — ensuring smooth workflow and a great first impression for visiting clients.

Lighting & Materials

Recessed ceiling lighting with warm-toned LED strips highlights the architectural details and adds depth to the interiors. Wood-finish panels, glass partitions, and premium floor tiles were selected to elevate the overall quality of the space without overspending.
